Have had some ongoing internet connection issues since moving into our new place just over 2 years ago despite organising FTTP and utilising various boosters. Situation was manageable until moving to a new ISP which has resulted in connection breaks, slow/no connection and issue with WFH. The obvious solution is to change ISP again, however I just want to make sure to eliminate any other issues first as this may be more beneficial in the longer term.

New service provider will be Superloop using Opticomm. They have already requested a port out of my home phone number but I haven't yet received the new Opticomm modem/router. Optus advises that my account will be closed and all data deleted once the home phone porting request has been actioned. I don't want to lose any data in my Outlook account so I need to move it to my gmail account. I've looked up how this may be done but am very confused. The data needs to be transferred URGENTLY.
