I have a PC with Windows 11 and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090. I have 3 monitors (displays) 32” 2 Alienware and 1 ViewSonic I’m trying to get all of them working together (not mirrored) but I’m not being able to get the 3 of them working together. I need to get the 3 of them installed and configured to work together

I have an HP Elite Desk top computer with my photos stored both on the c drive of that computer, and in subdirectories on OneDrive. some of my photos have uploaded to iCloud. The majority of my photos have not uploaded to iCloud. I want to be able to use iCloud so that i can view my photos on my iPhone as well as my computer. I have tried several times with Apple help to get this problem resolved and they have not been able to assist. (many hours wasted) have tried changing the file extensions to .jpg (as at one stage were getting errors saying iCloud could not take files other than with a .jpg extension) also tried copy directly from the directory on my computer into the iCloud directory, by copying and pasting, dragging files, both as a group and individually. Also tried uploading from iCloud. I am wanting to find someone who has had experience in exactly this issue and knows (without looking anything up) exactly how to fix it. please make sure you have a solution to this problem to assist me in uploading my photos to iCloud. I have a Duhua CCTV system with 5 fixed cameras (wired to the NVR) a 1 Wi-Fi camera. After a recent power outage, the Wi-Fi camera does not show up on my NVR all wired cameras do show up. I can locate it on the Camera List on the NVR, and I have been able to add the camera on the device list, but it always says “Failed to find Network Host” I have been advised that it may be due to a settings issue namely the IP address not being correct. Other that that the system work fine – just need someone with the knowhow to reconned the Wi-Fi camera.
