Hi everyone, I'm looking for an electrician or technician who specialises in internet/NBN connection issues. I'm with Optus, and my internet keeps dropping out multiple times throughout the day. I contacted Optus, and they said the modem was faulty, so I replaced it with a brand new one. I also replaced the Ethernet cable between the NBN box and the modem. Unfortunately, the problem is still happening. The NBN box always shows all the lights on, but modem only has the power light on, while the other lights are either off or flashing inconsistently. I'm not sure what's causing the issue anymore. I'm looking for someone who has experience diagnosing and fixing this kind of problem. If you can help or know someone who can, please let me know. Thank you!

I would like to receive a screen replacement for my iPhone 11. I dropped it and the touch is no longer responsive and the screen looks glitchy. The glass isn't cracked however. The screen isn't a traditional apple part as I received it from a friend. I DO NOT have a screen to replace it so either I can buy one myself and somebody can install it or somebody can do all of the above. At this time I won't be able to provide photos unfortunately. Let me know if you have any questions, Thanks, Max
