Zoom call is blurry and pixelated

Hi, I just want someone that knows what they are doing to check my set up and make sure im getting the most out of my equipment. My set up consists of NBN FTTP (iinet) with apparent speeds of 1000/100. Max I seem to get is 600/40 and on average somewhere between 400/500 / 40. I run 3 X DECO Mesh XE75 Pro's set up. These have 1 X 2.5GbE port each. I have a QNAP TS-464 external NAS. This has 2 X 2.5GbE ports. My main DECO Mesh is plugged directly into my NBNCO G-240G-P. Main things I use Streaming of FLAC/WAV files to 2 X Naim Muso 2 Speakers around the house. Every now and again this will go out of sync. Whether this is a hardware issue or a wifi connection issue im not sure? Everything streams from a Naim Uniti Atom HE Amp. 4k movie streaming to either main TV in Lounge Room beside QNAP NAS and main DECO Mesh. Should this be connected via HDMI cable or wifi ok? 4k movie streaming to TV in Basement which has a wired DECO Mesh in the same room Transfer of data (music files) from my QNAP to a Samsung T9 external SSD Hard Drive. What is the fastest method for this? Is the wired connection worth it ie faster than wifi? Basically test/run diagnostics to see what's best and or works best. Is the NAS backing up correctly? (RAID). Everything works decent atm but im sure it could be improved and that im not making the most of it so im just after someone to test it all and run diagnostics etc and rectify and give advice if required.
