We're a Sydney-based Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) looking for a reliable L1 technician to handle onsite work for our clients on a regular, ongoing basis. This isn't a one-off we want someone we can call on consistently. (This is interview only via MS Teams)

Fix the HDMI cables to work in 2 rooms separately and as 1 large room ensuring both projectors connect and also being able to connect a TV as well. Moving an HDMI cable and port to a different part of the room.

Need help finishing my gaming PC build — physical assembly only. Goal: PC powers on, BIOS detects all hardware correctly, everything runs stable. I'll handle Windows install and software myself. NOTE: This build uses AIJS ARGB-extension cables between PSU and motherboard/GPU (for RGB sync) instead of direct PSU cables — already connected, just flagging so it's not confusing when you see it. ARGB splitter (upHere 1-to-4) also already wired into the fan/ARGB hub. STATUS: Mobo, RAM, SSD, CPU, AIO cooler mounted. PSU installed, main power cables connected to mobo. GPU power cable routed but GPU not yet installed. Fan hub + ARGB splitter wired. STILL NEEDED: Install GPU, replace stock fans with provided ones (PWM+ARGB), connect front panel/USB/audio/WiFi antenna, full clean and tidy cable management, close panels, first boot, confirm BIOS detects everything correctly and all hardware running optimally (temps, fan speeds, RAM speed, etc). I’m setting up my new flat and not good with IT! I need help setting up a home PC system with a dock so I can connect my work laptop to the double screens as well. I may be missing a few cables, I have tried to connect a few times. I also need some assistance adding an Orbi internet booster to my existing internet connection - I’ve followed the instructions but think I need to put my original connector into bridging mode to add the Orbi? Looking for a tech-savvy person to assist with connecting a MacBook running a Keynote presentation to a theatre projection and sound system. This is a one-hour call-out to arrive early and liaise with the venue’s tech team to ensure the laptop, projector, HDMI connections, and audio output are all working smoothly before the presentation begins. Ideally someone comfortable troubleshooting MacBook to projector setups, HDMI adapters, and presentation audio connections in a live event environment.
