Guests at my Airbnb property are no longer able to connect to the internet. Service Provider: SpinTel Wifi Router: ASUS DSL-AC68U The current provider & configuration has worked without issue for years. There was a recent outage on my street, which appears to correlate with this downtime. My Service Provider has reset the connection their end & do not see an issue from their systems. Minimal network traffic is reported on my service provider account so it is not a broken connection issue. Guests have rebooted model & router several times to no avail. A technician changed configuration on the wifi router last week to accept dynamic IP, and the wifi connection worked for a short period (5-10 minutes) and then the internet was no longer accessible. Their Amazon Alexa device still has an active internet connection so feels like it might be a router configuration issue. I am overseas & need someone to diagnose & resolve the issue on-site, including discussing with my service provider if necessary.

Hi there, we are getting great download speed on our home internet but it is still practically terrible and slow. We have NBN and Dodo Modem with Google Nest but the speed is just unusable for our home office. We just need some help having a look and diagnosing the problem. We are upgrading our router to improve bandwidth and range. Current router is Netcomm that was included in our NBN plan. We have just purchased new Google Nest Wi fi package and have been unable to connect to internet. We have been using the Google Home app which works to a point, but then shows message "Problem connecting to cloud".
