My Breville Dual Boiler coffee machine isn’t producing any steam out of the steam wand. Everything else works fine. I have cleaned the steam tip holes so there isn’t any blockages. I suspect it is a broken o-ring inside the machine that is leaking or causing pressure issues. When I turn the knob for the steam, no steam comes out anymore. Can’t run descaling process either as the machine short-circuits, so there probably is an internal leak. Looking for a fix for this issue.

I have a breville coffee machine with a grinding and self tamping system. The coffee grounds are not tamping. I’ve pulled machine a part, factory reset the machine, cleaned it and looked for broken or missing parts. I have looked online to see what it could possibly be, however I’ve had no luck.

Breville coffee machine dual boiler BES920 need a fix, the seal rubber inside might be broken , the steam was leaking from inside , still in working condition , might need a replacement of the seal inside.

My Breville Coffee machine switches on as normal but then stops when I go to brew a coffee. I can't descale or flush the unit either. When I press the a button to start, it works for a few seconds and then stops for no reason while making a loud buzzing sound. Lights etc are all still on. Unit was purchased in 2022.
