La Marzocco 2 group, Serie F870, Model 2AV Details from last service: Brew element has major scale breach, pump is seized, fan not running and solenoid exhaust manifold has some scale build up too. Did basic service while on site and replaced seals/shims/showers, replaced vacvalve o-ring, cleaned level probe, rebuilt RH steam tap, replaced filter, all other functions working otherwise. Checked/cleaned Robur, burrs starting to feel dull so may be worth replacing when go back to sort out other issues.

Hi - our 2 year old Phillips lattetogo 4300 series automated coffee machine needs to be serviced and calibrated. The machine is working fine but the coffee doesn't taste as good as it used to and doesn't seem as hot as it used to be and the internet told us that we should be getting the machine serviced every 18 months or so! Note - we descale the machine ourselves every few months.
