jura ena4 only 13 months old however coffee is grinding ok but does not come out of exit spout into cup. i have cleaned machine with tablet when required and changed filter each time

My coffee machine pressure keeps going too high and coffee doesn’t come out. I’ve tried de scaling, and changing grind sizes / measure, not nothing works, dial goes in black bit shown and no coffee comes out, suspected issue with pressure valve.
