Drilling into outside brick wall and then mounting a Pop hose reel and Brabantia clothesline

There is a big metal clothes line embedded in the concrete back courtyard that I would like removed. Looks like concrete around it needs to be dug up to get it out, or you’d need to saw it off but end result needs to be flush to the ground (not a remnant metal bit sticking out). Would also like it to be disposed of at the same time.

Attach clothesline to wall

Seeking help with installing of a retractable clothesline and garden hose to concrete masonry walls on a balcony. Installation - Walls are cement casting, both items will require a powered hammer drill for for drilling into concrete walls. Clothesline has a cabinet and receiving bracket approx. 4metres in distance from each other. Installation of the clothesline and receiving bracket, product manual specifies - masonry sleeve anchors - 3 x 55mm long and 2 x 75mm long to fix the cabinet and 2 x 55mm long to fix the receiving bracket. I do not have the sleeve anchors for the clothesline installation, I will need you to source and provide as part of the job. Garden hose bracket installation, product manual specifies - holes drilled to 50mm deep using a 12mm drill bit. I have the screws for the hose bracket, however I do not have the wall plugs I will need you to provide as part of the job.
