I’m looking for someone experienced with carpentry/WPC cladding to complete an outdoor TV/fireplace feature wall in Collingwood Park. The wall is already framed and sheeted. I will supply all materials, including: * WPC cladding/panels * Trims/corner trims * Exterior sheeting * Timber/framing materials * Adhesive/fixings as required Approximate wall areas: * Front wall: 2.57m W × 2.5m H * Side wall: 0.8m W × 2.5m H * Return: 0.25m W × 2.5m H * Back wall: 2.57m W × 2.5m H * Other side wall: 0.8m W × 2.5m H The job includes installing the WPC cladding neatly to all required faces and cutting around the existing TV recess and fireplace opening. There is also an open gap at the top between the front and back walls, which needs to be framed/sheeted and closed before finishing. The existing top edges are slightly uneven, so I would also like the finished top edge to be made straight and consistent in height where required, without unnecessary rebuilding. I will supply all materials. I am looking for a fixed labour price for the complete job, not a daily rate. Please only make an offer if you have experience with WPC cladding/carpentry and can achieve neat cuts, corners and finishing. To assist carpenter with Cement Sheet Cladding install & if possible, welding for garden edging [We have a welder].

We have an area of brick-style external cladding around a window that has come loose/separated. Please see attached photos. A bricklayer has inspected the area and advised that it appears to be a brick-slip/cladding system rather than standard brickwork, and recommended that we find someone experienced with cladding systems. The brick slips themselves are not the only concern. The backing/carrier and black membrane/flashing behind the cladding appear to have separated in some areas. We are looking for someone experienced in brick-slip cladding, façade/cladding repairs and associated flashing/waterproofing who can: * Inspect and identify what has actually failed * Check the backing/carrier behind the brick slips * Check the flashing/waterproofing around the window * Repair the underlying problem as required * Reinstate the existing brick slips where possible We are not looking for someone to simply glue the loose brick slips back on without checking the underlying cause. When making an offer, please let us know: 1. Have you repaired brick-slip or similar cladding systems before? 2. What trade/licence do you hold? 3. Based on the photos, what do you think needs to be inspected/repaired? 4. If possible, please provide photos of similar work you have completed. The listed budget is indicative as we don’t yet know the extent of the underlying repair. Happy to discuss the appropriate cost once the problem has been properly assessed.

I need to do stone cladding in facade of house . Around 14 sqm one column

Areas of external cladding (blue board) needs to be removed for an engineer's inspection of the frames & footings. About 6 -8 inspection holes are required. The material does not need to be salvaged. Also a floor inspection hole needs to be opened - material does not need to be salvaged.

Recently moved in to new house and discovered that the reverse side of the rear wall has not been clad. The Hardieplank is on site, but will need to be installed, sealed and painted please.

It's a straightforward site with easy, flat ground access all around. ​The Job: ​Install eaves around the perimeter. ​Install timber battens over the sarking, including fixing the cavity closures at the base of the wall. ​Install Weathertex Weathergroove cladding over the battens. This includes fitting the required Weathertex aluminium external/internal corners and off-stud vertical joiners. ​Measurements: Total cladding area is 42 square metres across 3 walls: ​Wall 1: 3m L x 3m H ​Wall 2: 3m L x 3m H ​Wall 3: 8m L x 3m H ​What's sorted: I am supplying all the materials (eave sheets, aluminium joiners, cavity closures, battens, cladding, and fixings) and they are sitting on site ready to go. Needing exterior wall (area with timber studs) to be filled with insulation and then cladded over to keep the house protected from the elements. We will provide earthwool and foil insulation. Cladding will need to be purchased by tasker which we will reimbursed.
