Hi! We’re a family with two young kids looking for a creative, experienced handyman for a fun backyard project. We have two options we’d love quotes on: ✅ OPTION A – Convert an existing small cubby house into a chicken coop If you have experience repurposing a cubby or garden shed into a functional coop, we’d love to hear from you! We’d want it modified to include nesting boxes, a roosting bar, ventilation, a hardware cloth enclosed run attached to the outside, and easy egg access. ✅ OPTION B – Build a new coop from scratch A coop to house 5–8 hens (approx. 35–40 sq ft) with an enclosed run, nesting boxes, roosting bar, weatherproof roof, and easy-access egg door. For both options we need: • Hardware cloth (not chicken wire) – predator-proof, no sharp edges • Child-safe latches – we have little ones! • Clean, safe finish with no exposed nails or staples at child height • A result the whole family can enjoy 🐣 We’re happy to supply all materials – labour quote only please. Carefully & safely dismantle tree house structure affixed to old fig tree ensuring no damage to tree. Tree house Structure includes corrogated iron, wooden planks and ladder within tree. Also Dismantle chicken coop structure including laying box within and remove approx 3 iron stakes and chicken wire running from coop to boundary of garden (chicken run fencing. All materials to be carefully removed via carport access and taken to dump. Offstreet parking for ute/trailer in driveway. - Due date: Flexible

Installation of chicken coop automatic door. The actual installation is pretty simple. Just a few screws. However, there is an existing opening that is too large and will either need to be made smaller to be able to screw the door on. Or it can be attached to the existing door but a new hole will need to be cut. Please see photos. Also I have a bathroom mirror that needs installation. - Due date: Flexible
