I need some electrical work done at my house in Chapel Hill. Here are the details: 1. Replacing 3 old ceiling fans with new ones. I will procure these fans. The light in the laundry is not working. I have replaced the light fixture with a new one but it seems like there is some issue with the wiring in the attic because every time the light is switched on it flickers a little and then stops working. 4. The LED light in the light and exhaust fan fixture in the main bathroom has stopped working. I have replaced the whole unit before but it seems to collect condensation and then stops working after a few months. I need to either replace the light or the whole fixture with a different model which does not collect condensation

Would like to replace existing ceiling lights to the new AC type ceiling fans with lights. (I wonder if I can use the same switch on the wall or not)

Ceiling fan not working. The main wall switch usually turns on both the fan + light, then the fan settings can be controlled solely by remote. Currently the main wall switch will only turn on the light - the fan controls are not working. I would like help to get the fan working again. Not a battery issue as the light (on/off) can still be controlled by the remote. Right now, the ceiling fan will not turn on at the switch and cannot be controlled by the remote.

To remove 2 ceiling fans which are no longer working and install 2 brand new ceiling fans. To remove 1 broken powerpoint from a wall and replace it with a new one. The task can only be done by qualified electrician please.
