Deck Details: • Covered Deck: approx. 8.8m x 3.0m (rear of the house) • Front Porch: approx. 2.0m x 1.8m • Both are timber surfaces and easy to access Scope of Work: • Light clean/prep of deck surfaces before staining • Apply one (possibly two) coats of high-quality exterior decking stain • Neat application without splashes on surrounding walls or garden • Tidy up and disposal of any waste afterwards Important: • You will need to supply the stain, including enough to cover both areas fully (please include product details in your quote) • You’ll also need to provide all tools and equipment (brushes, rollers, drop sheets, etc.)

We’re looking for someone experienced in exterior timber staining to oil the vertical wood panels on the front of our home office/studio in Broadmeadow. These are decorative panels on the exterior facade — easily accessible and in good condition. Area details: • Approx. 7m wide, 3m high at the centre, sloping down to about 2.5m on each side • Includes two large windows within the area • Panels are already installed and don’t require repairs — just staining What we’d like done: • Light clean or prep of the panels if needed • Apply two coats of exterior oil stain • Neat work around the windows and brickwork — no splashes • General tidy up afterwards What we’ll provide: • Around 2L of natural exterior oil stain (not sure if this will be enough) • A basic ladder (though it’s not in the best shape, so you may prefer your own) What you’ll need to bring: • All other tools: brushes, cloths, drop sheets, painter’s tape, etc. • Your own ladder if preferred • Solid experience with exterior timber and oil-based stains

We need a timber dining table and bench seat sanded and refinished. Both are made from Tassie oak.

Assist to renovate a dwelling in mayfield, working with another chippy to the help the builder. Rate is $65 per hour. Open to negotiation with experience

We need a couple of cuts to our kitchen cabinet materials that we can’t do on our equipment. Would need to bring track saw and help us make a few cuts. 15-30min work.

8 seater timber table and chairs that requires sanding and oiling or staining. It is an outdoor table so something to protect it. I don’t mind how it’s finished, just nothing dark.

Plywood ceiling panel install

The legs on my leather lounge have been affected by hot water that was about half inch deep. They are rectangle block type legs. The insurance company needs a quote to repair or advice if the legs cannot be restored

Architrave ,deck, fascia repair and replacement

I have installed a dishwasher in our kitchen which required shortening one of the modules to fit. This was a corner module with a hinged double corner door which needs to have one panel of the door cut and rejoined to fit the narrower section. This will need to be taken out of the centre due to the decorative boarder and also the hinge insets. Can deliver the panel almost anywhere Newcastle/Hunter as I travel daily for work.

Looking for someone to help me update a granny flat. I need the below: 1. Replace old laminate bench tops in small kitchenette with some sort of cheap stone look. 2. Paint old kitchen cabinetry and replace handles. 3. Measure and install plantation shutters on 2 windows. 4. Measure and install new screen door and entry door & fit a doggy door. Happy to chat about how this would work in terms of ordering materials etc. I am very flexible on dates and times as I work from home so I’m always around if this needs to be done across a few different dates. I want to do all of this as cheap as possible to freshen up the space. Looking for a rough quote for someone to just take it all off my hands :)
