Plumbing is there but also need little more job to connect the existing pipe 1. Please get rid of the steel panel on the wall 2. Please install wall bracket for freestanding cabinets and overhead cabinet bracket. Wall tile is till 1800h, so you may need some batten to make 20MM thick tiled wall 3.
