Older double storey Queenslander. Elderly resident. I am facilitatiing works for her on her property in Malinger Street, Graceville. Leaking windows, and sills, rotton wall boards. Need a "report" on what works need to be done. There is roofing requirements if you can cover that also. Wooden fence - repair? 1 existing side, 2 sides need new- there is some pool fencing on site that could be used. No pool.Replace? Cant put a budget figure in as not sure what we are looking at.

Hi Taskers, I have recently built a project house in Graceville and I have on sold the property and the new purchaser wants to replace the existing glass door with a solid timber door. The door size is 2340 x 1020 and I want to fix it in the existing aluminium frame rather than replace the whole frame. I will supply the door but need it installed along with locks and hinges. Keen to work through with the tasker on what hinges and locks to use. Price offered is an estimate and I am happy to discuss the rate with the tasker who gets the job. We are seeking a skilled cabinet maker to design and construct a custom solid, lockable cigarette cabinet for a convenience store. The cigarette cabinet must be securely fixed on top of the existing bench to ensure durability and enhanced security. The cabinet maker will be required to visit the store to take precise measurements for a proper fit. This is an urgent request, and we are looking to have the work completed as soon as possible.

Approx 80 wooden balustrades need replacing on deck. I will remove the old ones as well as nails etc. Need someone with a drop saw and proficient with a brad gun to install. I will look after the painting, priming etc. I will also have all timber on site.
