Looking for a carpenter or someone who can build stairs at the backyard to access the upper level of the yard. Need to get it done ASAP.

We are looking to replace our current fridge but the height of the enclose is too low (174cm). We want to reduce the height of the above fridge cabinet (60 X 49cm) by around 15cm so we can purchase taller fridges. Don’t mind if we cut the doors cleanly along the lower border i.e. so there will be a cut line extending from the insert paneling passing horizontally across the border at this point (artists impression added as last picture to illustrate).
