Hi, I am stranded at work and need an experienced auto electrician, mechanic, or locksmith to permanently bypass/delete the factory immobiliser system on my 1997 Toyota Corolla Seca. The Problem: The single-button remote control circuit board is physically broken (the internal battery clip bracket snapped off the board), so it cannot transmit the unlock signal. The car is stuck in a hard security lockdown (immobiliser active) and will not crank/start. The security light on the dash is flashing continuously. What Needs to Be Done: I need you to locate the factory Toyota Vehicle Security System (TVSS) module (usually behind the lower dash/steering column harness or under the carpet) and cleanly snip and bridge the two thick starter-kill wires together to restore the continuous factory ignition loop. I want the system permanently deleted so the car can start reliably using just the normal mechanical metal key from now on. Help me replace front radiator support and passenger side headlight in renault master LWB 2014 van. I have the parts now just need somewhere to work on it around Byron Shire and someone to help. I have most tools already too, except maybe stuff to drain the radiator. There is also a fair bit of oil in the radiator (due to oil cooler being faulty) so we may need to do a basic flush of the old radiator fluid too? I have the service manual for the vehicle but it's not great but still useful. Ideally I'd also like to take some pics of the oil cooler too so I can order the correct part since it's not listed in the service manual (which may involve removing the front passenger side wheel to get to it?). If you have a covered space we can work on the van near or around Byron Shire, perfect!

Install CarPlay head unit + reverse camera – 2013 Mazda 2 Looking for an experienced car audio installer / auto electrician to install a new aftermarket multimedia head unit and reverse camera in my 2013 Mazda 2. I’ve already purchased the Aerpro AX7510K 6.8” multimedia receiver kit to suit Mazda 2 2007–2014, including the vehicle-specific fascia and installation components, as well as the reverse camera. The job will involve: * Removing the existing factory head unit * Installing the new 6.8” multimedia/CarPlay head unit * Connecting and retaining steering-wheel controls * Installing and neatly routing the microphone/USB connections as required * Mounting the supplied reverse camera * Running the camera wiring from the rear of the car to the head unit * Connecting the reverse trigger so the camera automatically displays when reverse is selected * Testing everything and ensuring the trim/fascia is properly refitted The kit is designed specifically for this model Mazda, so there shouldn’t be any custom fabrication required. This needs to be completed onsite in my underground apartment garage in Surry Hills. Previous experience installing aftermarket head units and reverse cameras is mandatory.
