I have a 2023 Kia Seltos GT-Line AWD with a pop-up Head-Up Display (HUD). My toll E-tag fell inside the HUD compartment when the display automatically retracted. The E-tag is now stuck inside, and the HUD is jammed halfway open. The HUD motor still seems to operate briefly when starting the car, but the display cannot move properly. I’m looking for an experienced auto electrician or technician who can: Carefully remove the E-tag, including removing the necessary dashboard trim if required. Check the HUD mechanism for any damage. Reassemble everything and make sure the HUD works properly. I would prefer to repair the existing HUD rather than replace the whole unit. The car is located near Silverwater, NSW. Please let me know if you have experience with this type of work and whether you can provide an approximate quote. Photos are available. Thanks!
