Hi there, I’ve had someone let me down with completing a backup cam install into the Mr12Volt CarPlay unit they installed in my BMW E82. I bought the unit and replacement boot handle with camera, though my understanding is that it’s being powered by jumping onto the 12V reverse light when it needs to have dedicated power. It’s there — the screen goes blank in reverse but no image. It worked for maybe a minute or two (albeit really flickery) when it was installed but stopped pretty much straight away. He was meant to come back to fix it but has ghosted me and gone on to take other jobs. I’m looking for someone reliable and professional to: • Run dedicated power from the pre-installed Mr12Volt unit to the installed backup cam • Assess functionality of the front grille cam (cable already fed through firewall and in place — I have the front cam ready) • Replace existing backup cam in BMW F31 with a replacement cam I have (higher resolution) Needs to be neat and tidy please. I have a 2009 ve sportwagon it was running really ruff and throwing out error code to say that injector 6 was open it also had another code saying that the coil pack was no good so i replaced the plugs and coils it ran a little better but not drivable but would start first go then sound like it was suffocating so i replaced the injector 6 with a brand new one from bersons we reinstalled the injector rails and put it all back together amd now it wont start and it smells like its flooding re i can smell fuel so i have an offer for u i will pay $700 if u can get it going to a drivable state or $100 if u have no joy i myself am not a mcanic so if u can help please reach out and im moor than happy to be an extra pair of hands on the job its a ve sportwagon 3.0 liter i will pay the 600 as a bonus if it starts and is ok doesent have to be be 100percent

I have just replaced injector 6 and i have taken the injector rails out and i need a hand to put them back in and conect the power and fuel lines to the rails other that that all is good

The car drives just fine except for an annoying groan coming from the rear end. It’s had a new suite of poly bushes installed and I suspect that they need a re grease.
