The Issue: A drawer in our main counter behind the sales desk is broken and will not close fully. It appears the drawer runner (slider) has failed, as a small ball bearing from the mechanism has fallen out. This is a safety and operational issue, as the drawer protrudes into the staff walkway. The Job: The task is to replace the faulty drawer runners to make the drawer fully functional again. The scope of work will involve: 1. Carefully removing the drawer from the cabinet. 2. Assessing and removing the old, broken pair of drawer runners from both the drawer and the cabinet. 3. Have installed IKEA method kitchen cabinets. Need a cabinet maker with keen eyes to advise me if the cabinets are levelled enough for the kitchen countertop to be installed.
