In the process of turning the undercover veranda into no cover veranda. Corrugated plastic has been removed leaving some areas that need painting. We’ve had pigeons make a nest and mess inside our vergola on the balcony outside. Require removal of the nest and clean up of their mess on the vergola and floor/furniture underneath, installation of mesh/deterrent to prevent happening again.

I'm seeking a tradie to repair the roof lining of my back patio in Cragieburn. The plasterboard and cornices will need to be replaced. I am seeking someone to quote me for both materials and labour. It measures approx 308cm x 394 cm and it about 3m high. The roof lining collapsed several months ago. The area was made safe by my insurance company (all debris removed, electrics disconnected completely) and covered up with chipboard. They determined via a structural engineer that the collapse happened due to installation and construction defects and are not covering it. So I am seeking someone who is willing to do a compliant replacement (see relevant details from engineer report in one of the attached images). I am seeking someone with availability this week on either Tuesday Sept 30, Wednesday Oct 1, Thursday Oct 2 or Friday Oct 3. Parking on site is easy in my driveway and everything is on the ground floor with easy access to the back via the garage. I’ve attempted to install a Milkcan clothesline on my sloping concrete driveway, but I’m struggling to get the post level both ways without using packers that end up showing and making it look really bad. I’d rather have someone professional do it so it looks perfect. • Clothesline posts need to be cut down so the final installed height is approx. recommended height is 1,800mm, but I want • Posts must be securely fixed to the concrete using the supplied mounting plates. • Driveway is on a slope, so everything needs to be leveled properly for a neat finish. Alignment to the roller door needs to look square if you look down it. I’ve already drilled 4 holes for the first plate and put a few screws in so it needs to be fiddled with. Additional Note: I’ve already drilled one hole, but it’s 12mm when it should have been 10mm. The end of a bolt has dropped into that hole. You’ll need a strong magnet (which you can bring) to fish it out. After that, the hole will need to be neatly fixed—either gluing a bolt in place or another suitable method.
