I need an experienced Tasker to fully clean, sand, and paint a standard-sized timber pergola to transform it with a fresh white finish. The pergola is currently painted white already and measures approximately 10m x 6m. The Tasker must provide: • Proven exterior painting and timber preparation experience. • Their own necessary tools (sanders, brushes, drop sheets, etc.). • High-quality workmanship for a professional finish. Scope of Work 1. Preparation & Cleaning: • Thoroughly clean the entire timber structure to remove dirt, mildew, and any loose coating. • Protect surrounding areas (patio, plants) with drop sheets and tape. 2. Sanding: • Lightly sand all timber surfaces to ensure excellent adhesion for the new paint. • Clean off all sanding dust. 3. Painting (Dulux Natural White): • Apply two coats of a suitable, high-quality, weather-resistant white exterior paint. • Allow adequate drying time between coats. 4. Clean Up: • Remove all debris and materials, leaving the work area spotless. Materials Please Note: I will supply the white exterior paint. The Tasker is expected to supply all prep materials (cleaners, sandpaper, tape) and tools. Please provide your total fixed price for the labour, and briefly outline your relevant experience.

Hi! I have an aluminium pergola that’s slightly drooping in the middle because one of the extra support posts wasn’t installed initially. This is causing water to collect in the gutter above. I already have the extra powder-coated post cut to the correct measurement, along with the deck anchor. I just need someone experienced to: • Install the extra post in the middle section, and • Check that the gutter drains properly afterward (no water pooling). Should be a quick job for someone handy with pergola or deck work. Thanks!

Looking for someone to remove 2.5m x 2.5m x 2m high outdoor steel free standing awning/ covering, and another timber one. Please see photos. It is made of small square metal beams and timber. There are no walls on the sides. The timber one has posts embedded into the ground. Looking for someone to remove it only, and help move items to front of house. We will dispose of the material. Flexible with dates but looking to do it sooner rather than later.
