Hi, I need a concreter/tradesman who can help level a small part of my driveway that is cracked and slightly sunken down, which borders with my neighbours fence. The cracked area measures 2100mm wide by 1600mm long. I’ve included a handful of pics so you can see what I am referring to. We actually want to get the driveway re-done or resurfaced with a different type of material altogether, but before we can go down that path, we need this area fixed. I have no idea what something like this would cost – I can’t imagine this would be a hard job to complete. I also understand that labour + concrete materials need to be costed in. My driveway has two spots where the pavers have sunk. Both around 75cm across. One of them is quite deep around an inch or two, the other is very gradual and not much of a problem. Would like a quote to fix just the bad one, or both. Would be looking for someone with experience in this job, making sure to have the tiles perfectly level with each other to prevent tripping hazards.

Fix pergola motor that is broken

The motor for the pergola louvres is only slightly opening them about 20%. It can close easily but not open. The batteries have been replaced for the remote and it didn’t make a difference. It is about 8 years old

New bath room works were completed at my house approximately 3 years ago. Recently, some of the grout between the tiles in the shower base have cracked which has caused the shower to leak. The leak has been substantial enough for water to flow through the bathroom floor and through the ceiling of the floor below. Recommended a complete step-by-step repair methodology (including hold points for inspection and licensed trades required) 4. Replace bluestone tiles on drive - Due date: Flexible

We need to cut the hedge along the driveway. The job includes the cutting and removing all cut down branches. .

Demolition of kitchen on picture (excluding wall tiles) and removal of floor tiles and lino in kitchen and laundry. Lino has been tested and confirmed to contain asbestos.
