One of my roller blinds has been installed the wrong way around such that it rolls down the front as opposed to the back (see photo). I would like this to be flipped the other way around to reduce the gap between the blind and the window behind it.

In need of someone who knows how to reattach the roller blind cord to the window and owns a ladder to reach it.

Can someone help reattach the blind. It fell out in the wind. Think I need a taller ladder.
