Roller blind cord has come out. Blind needs taking out, cord to be put in the mechanism, and blind to go back up. Window is just over a meter wide - so not too big. There is a fitted desk just in front of the window

I have a sun room in my flat with a large window. I need a new blind installed which may include drilling to secure brackets. I have the blind, screws and brackets but I dont have a drill nor the expertise. A ladder would also be required.
