Small handyman job to repair a broken plantation blind

Can anyone fix this broken blind without replacing the whole blind?

Need a quick install and repairs for some general handyman work - fix front door creaking (hinge potentially needs adjusting?) - fix bedroom door (not latching, potentially readjust hinge or move plate) - unscrew existing curtain rod - install ikea roller blind (FRIDANS) into wooden window frame in place of existing rod - install ikea curtain rail (VIDGA) to higher position (will need drill bit as wall is brick) Ikea curtain rails come in two parts 1.4m each, they say you can customise the length with a hacksaw) You will need your own tools inc drill suitable for brick and hacksaw to cut down the Ikea rail to size

We have 5 small- medium roller blinds to be installed. We also have one large curtain track to be installed. This one may be a more tricky job as it is rather large and floor to ceiling. Happy to agree to an hourly rate to allow for problem solving.
