Find a professional bedroom painter in Hunter Valley

I require a 4 bedroom home (single level with easy access) fully painting, including bathroom, laundry, dining and kitchen, plus outside pergola area and eaves. The house is empty with no people or items in it. At least 2 coats of paint. Please note the location of the property before you quote as it is 2hrs from Sydney. NEED TO BE A LICENSED PAINTER ONLY AND HAVE SOME REVIEWS ALREADY. Do not waste my time if you have zero job completions and zero reviews, I will not hire you. I will not give you 50% up front so don’t ask, I have been mind blown by the ridiculous replies this far.

Paint a ceiling cornice on one wall in a small bedroom. The cornice was replaced on one wall, just needs to be painted white. Please only apply if you know you can do it properly as it needs to be neat for sale. Needs to be neat and tidy and you need to clean up after yourself as unit is being photographed for sale on Friday and has already been cleaned in preparation. You need to supply all your own supplies like paint, dropsheet etc Prefer it to be done Wednesday 6th. Flexible on time. Thank you very much.

The task is to paint the ceiling of my bedroom 4.8 x 4.6 with slight cutout (see picture). Ceiling is slightly sloping from 3.45 to 3.2m. My problem is that my step ladder is too short, and I don’t have the skill to cut in around the beams. If you want less work, then I’d be happy for you to do the cut-in only.
