House has high ceiling so will need to be completed on a ladder. Job will have to be completed from the neighbours yard due to small gap between house and fence.

we have an all round verandah roof that is supported by a 30cm x 50mm beam. This beam is acting as our fascia. We would like this primed and top coated on both sides (actually 3 of the 4 surfaces). There are approx 90 lineal m. of beam to paint. Some of it is 5 or 6 m. off the outside ground. (Note: Budget suggested is only to allow the add to progress - I'll negotiate with you).

Sand back a kitchen bench. It was affected by mould, I have hand sanded the worst of it but it needs a machine sand to even it up before I varnish it. Will need own sander and 100 and 200 sand paper.

Paint interior Of 3 bed home

We need a gyprocker to finish the setting the completed plasterboard. The handyman started the work however he is unwell to finish it. Task price is hourly rate with minimum of 8 hours work.

Paint provided, Dulux off white Wash & Wear PLUS, I also offer to assist in removing outdoor furniture from patio plus several of the appliances there. I can provide drop sheets ans even step ladder if required.
