I have removed my carpet and there is a gap between original skirting board and floor. Need to rip old off and replace with new.

My skirting boards have all been painted and placed where required. I need them nailed and glued to the walls, calked and patched with the nail holes. Some minor cutting is required where modifications were made. One large board is warped but should be fine.
