We are getting new hybrid plank flooring throughout our house. We need all old skirts removed prior to install (this is occurring on Aug 18/19 - so we need skirts removed by Aug 11 to allow for floors to be properly cleaned and waiting for flooring install), then we will supply the new skirting to be installed after the flooring install is complete (this would need to occur on Thursday or Friday 21/22 August). I will attach a floor plan of the house (4 bed/2 living/kitchen all with skirts to be replaced) it is a standard “bull nose” skirting and will be replaced with a very similar simple type of skirting board (most likely the same if we can get it) - I have attached a photo showing the current type. 103 lineal metres in total.

IKEA Billy Bookcases – I’ve already assembled 4 Billy bookcases (with extensions), I just need them securely fixed to the wall. I do just need a small cut in the back of the book case for an electrical plug to come through please.
