Hi, looking for a tradesman to install stainless steel wire balustrade on our outdoor staircase. Measurements are approximately 5m each side of the stairs and 1m x 1m for the landing! Stainless wire balustrades will need to be provided by yourself along with installation to match our current outdoor balcony. Available to anytime through the week and weekends in July/august for the installation.

Replace water damaged bottom rails as well as balustrades (top rails are in good condition). Quite should include materials cost. Bottom hand rail length: 4 Meters - Left side of deck 4 meters - Right side of deck 3.2 meters - Back side of deck Balusters length: 75 cm long 10cm gap between each balustrade Total - 48 balustrade

One of the beams at the front of our house has rotted and dropped, displacing the gutters exacerbating the problem and damaging more of the woodwork. The beam and associated rotten wood needs replacing and the gutters refitting.

Balustrade needs sanding and prepping for primer and paint ! Just the left and right and up to balistrading. Top blistering is good

Looking for a qualified carpenter with all the tools required to remove old balustrades and supply and install new outdoor deck balustrades (handrail, lower rail and balusters) with following dimensions. Handrail lengths: - 1x 1.7 m - 1x 1.71 m - 1x 1.48 m - 1x 1.36 m Baluster dimension: 82 cm x 6.2 cm x 2 cm 2 existing posts need to be cut and/or sanded down to be level with the top of the handrails. The handrails need to be level and top of the handrail should be flat as we are installing aluminium shutters directly on top of the handrails. No painting is required for this job, but the baluster cut ends including nail heads should be primed / sealed to avoid the balusters and lower rails from rotting. Job required to be done to a professional finish.

Level Handrails (1 end of hand rail is 2cm lower than the other end). Repair or replace damage balustrades (Some pine balustrades are broken. Others are rotting at the bottom where they contact the bottom rail probably because the ends were not primed properly). Cut off top of balustrade posts to indicated mark. Baluster Handrail Lengths: - 2x 3.6m length - 2x 2.96m length No painting required.

Handrail and balustrade painting. Please see the pictures for a detailed look at the job. I have circled the areas to paint in blue and have put a red cross through those that don’t need to be quoted on. The following areas need to be painted: • Handrail and bottom rail x 6 (9L/m) • Balustrades x 75 • Posts x 6 (12.6L/m) • 2 lengths of fascia (3.9l/m) • 2 doors All areas are to be painted white except the handrail which is black. All timber has an undercoat on it and requires a minimum of 2 top coats. The stair treads have been oiled so it is really important to avoid dropping paint on them. The holes for the nails and screws will need to be filled prior to painting. Check the pictures for details. What I will provide: • Paint • Gap filler What you will need: • Paint brushes etc • Drop sheets • Putty knife • Sanding materials I am looking for a really neat job. Please allow for an extra hour of labour to cover any extra prep work not listed here. I would love to have this task completed by the end of Friday this week if possible. Pine framed, plaster 3.2m x 1m balustrade to be removed at first floor level. From the house drawings the balustrade is attached at floor level and is a separate structure so should be easy to remove. Wall and stairwell wall to have plaster repaired (ideally but if you cannot do plaster that is OK). Need to have drop sheets and dustless tools if possible please. Connection to the floor can be left exposed as will need to figure out what is there and how to cover it once balustrade is gone. Please ask any questions.

Need approx 4m of glass balustrade installed (just need the spigots screwed down on to the support that is already in place), handrail cut to size and run along the top. Needs to be a qualified carpenter as we need the certificate showing correct install. Also need a door handle fixing- it is loose, I suspect it wasn't correctly installed. Prefer someone who can give an hourly rate as there is other ongoing work.
