We're creating a public mural on Enmore Rd, Newtown and need someone to document the process from start to finish. Street-style, relaxed shoot capturing the energy of the art as it comes to life. 📍 Location - Enmore Rd, Newtown - Free parking ~20m away 🗓️ Dates & Times - Mural Starts: 28th April (weather permitting) - Daily Shooting sessions: 9–10am & 4–5pm - Shoot each day until the mural is completed (approx. 2–3 days, could vary) - Flexible if timing shifts - Rain delays = shoot resumes next sunny day 📸 What We Need - 50+ landscape stills (no portrait) - B-roll video + timelapse footage (we will edit later) Must capture: - Artist painting - Progress stages (start, middle, end) - Full mural + Completed shots - Street/area vibes 🎒 Gear - Bring your own camera + video gear - GoPro or similar for timelapse (set up/take down daily) - Drone optional 💾 Deliverables - No edits required - Compressed stills (max 5MB each) - All content delivered within 24 hours of final shoot day to provided hard drive (postage covered) 💰 Budget Total: $600 incl. We’re looking for a beautiful “open concept” room to film a music video for one day. Ideally located in or near Sydney. What we need: One large, aesthetically pleasing empty room. Nice natural light and large windows (kind of white art gallery vibes) Space to accommodate a small crew of around 10 people (won’t be sleeping there but will stay late). They will need to be seen and heard to the zoom attendees via portable microphone/ConferenceCam with adjustable camera. • The Zoom session may also need to switch between host screen and shared screen with powerpoint presentations as need arises. • Will also need to toggle guest muting/monitor guest comments of problems during session, management of online questions during QandA. • Set up and manage powerpoint slide interface/screen projector. SPA will be able to provide the following hardware, however if you also have your own equipment we strongly encourage you to bring that for backup. If you have access to backup screen projector for powerpoint presentation, that would also be helpful, in case there are issues with the equipment on site: • A laptop with connection Zoom host, with hotspot internet connection • ConferenceCam with adjustable camera • Portable microphone / receiver + batteries • Clicker for PPT presentation + batteries • A couple power extension cords Your assistance will ensure that the online streaming of the event can run as smoothly as possible.
