Top loader washing machine not going through the wash cycle

Not enough water pressure is coming through where the grinded coffee sits, water is leaking from the bottom of the machine rather than running through the grinded coffee to make a shot of coffee. We believe it could be something to do with the O ring but not sure. Water still comes out but not enough to run the coffee out.

Washing machine works fine but suddenly stops during the spinning cycle. It shows an error “out of bal” and starts beeping.

Our oven has frozen on this error message and we are unable to use our oven. The oven was custom built into the home cupboards so we are unable to locate the switch. We've been living in this house for 13 years now and we cannot find the brand listed anywhere on it. Just need assistance with locating the switch and advice whether its time to replace the oven

The garage door operates fine using the internal button but not with the remote. I was able to code one remote, and it worked for a week but then stopped working.
