I'm looking for someone familiar with servicing breville boiler. The steaming wand is leaking slightly, other than that it just needs a good once over.

I have a Siemens SN56M532AU Semi-Integrated Dishwasher from 2015 that regularly gets E24 and sometimes E25 faults - indicating a problem with the drain pump or water drainage generally. I would like a technician to look at it and if possible resolve the issue.

The holes in the laundry cabinet are currently too small for the washing machine hose to go through fb and reach the tap. Holes need to be made bigger and machine needs to be installed.

My housemate took the smoke detector apart while running a smoke machine in the house and I suspect it has been put back together incorrectly as it now beeps every 45 seconds. It is quite high up on a wall above a staircase so an appropriate ladder is required to reach it.

The range hood above the stove is not ducted correctly The ducting cover is also not sealed or attached and is easily removed this needs to be fixed

We need an induction stove and an in-built oven installed (hardwired) on Wednesday 19th. A new benchtop is being installed, old oven and stovetop will be removed so new ones can go in. Wiring back to fuseboard is already in place. Will need to consolidate oven isolator switch and two power outlets into the one outlet plate (I will supply). See photos. Will also need another outlet replaced with new one (I will supply). Gyprock will be in place. Wiring length needs to account for tiling which won't be done yet, but the existing wiring was done for gyprock and tiles so maybe this won't be an issue.

Reflare copper gas’s on aircon

I have a Samsung dishwasher that has a water in problem, I have checked the inlet hose filter and it’s fine. There is no water supply problem so problem could be regulator or software I’m just not sure.

I am fitting out a brand new 3 level, 19 room coliving property, and need quotes on installing a TV, fridge and microwave (supplied) in each room (19 total). The task will be to move the appliances to each room (plan attached) and install. Wall mounted TVs will have wiring at the correct height. Need to install supplied bracket and mount TV. Max TV size 40 inches. Packaging to be removed. Fridges and microwave ovens will need to be moved into each room, unpacked and installed in position, and packaging removed from property.
