I have just moved, the washing machine and dryer were plugged in by the removalists however the washing machine isn't producing water to run the cycle despite the tap being turned on. The power is working though. I need help getting the water to run through the washing machine. The machines are too heavy for me to move. The dryer is attached to the top of the washing machine, so it is quite heavy. The washing machine is a Bosch series 6, the dryer is a Bosch series 8 - they were both purchased new in the past year.

Our dishwasher door needs to be repaired. We are not sure what the problem is or the extent of the damage but the metal on the top of the door is currently loose and being held together by tape.
