The fridge was unplugged for 24 hours and has now been plugged back in. The interior light and fan work, but it's not getting cold. Every few minutes, there's a brief electrical buzzing sound for a few seconds. The compressor feels warm to the touch, but there's no vibration or running noise.

Dish washer dispenses and removes water but does not wash or heat up water

We have to place the dryer on top of the washing machine. For that we need the stacking unit to be carefully drilled on the washing machine so that the dryer can be fixed on top.
