I ordered a food machine from India that is used to make noodles/shaped snacks. It has a reverse function button that is supposed to wind the mechanism back in after pushing the dough out. The purpose of this function is to push the mixture through the mould to create noodle shapes and then retract to make it easier for frying or boiling. Currently, the reverse/wind-back function is not working properly and needs to be repaired. I’m looking for someone experienced with small appliances or motor mechanisms to inspect and fix it.
