My Hisense front-load washing machine is showing an F03 error code and won't drain water partway through a cycle. The fridge was unplugged for 24 hours and has now been plugged back in. The interior light and fan work, but it's not getting cold. Every few minutes, there's a brief electrical buzzing sound for a few seconds. The compressor feels warm to the touch, but there's no vibration or running noise.
