My oven doesn’t work which breaches the contract of sale on the unit I purchased last month. I need a written email from a qualified gas plumber to myself stating that my stove works, and gas is connected but my oven doesn’t work, and a new one is required. Happy to come and look yourself if you want, but I’ve already had 3 handymen out and looked up the exact instructions and my oven does not work.

Gas pipe to be removed that was for old heater. Length of pipe is a meter long. Access is easy very close to entry to under the house. I no longer want a pipe protruding through the plaster.
