Ariston Washer/Dryer Combo (model: ARWD582WAU). The machine is not heating in dryer or washer mode. I’ve checked/cleaned the hose and the pre-chamber pump. Before the failure, the dryer super heated my clothes, to the point of them smelling burnt.

The electrical hot water heater is not heating. It was installed new only 18 months ago so I doubt it is something too serious, but it appears to be an electrical fault between the power supply and the element. Maybe the thermostat? I don’t know. Probably needs an electrician but I am not an expert. Hopefully a quick fix! $175 call-out and diagnosis and will pay for extra time and parts as required!
