LG washing machine 8kg/4.5kg dryer combo I'm getting the AE error message, which means there's a leak somewhere. I got the error message once a few weeks ago. All there was, was 1 pillow in the washing machine. We opened the tube to let out water at the bottom and then it started working again fine. But it happened again a week ago, and opening the tube at the bottom to let out water did nothing. There's a blanket in it. We can't open the door. I'm not sure where the leak is. Please help fix my washing machine. I'm in Rose Bay. Flexible with when it's fixed. Afternoon is best (not morning). Photo attached was something I found on google, but it's the same model. I want the price all inclusive of parts please, i.e. no surprises. I need to know all my costs upfront. Thanks

My washing machine is brand new- used it about 20 times, but only just got in Feb. It has just started to show an error- it completes a wash but does not dry/ rinse/ spin the clothes after like it should.
