Samsung 2 in 1 front loader washing machine 8kg/6.5kg Not sure if linked, few months ago started getting 'can't drain' errors. But if we turned it off, back on, then start a new cycle, the first thing it does, is drain. So obviously it could drain. But it would get half way through washes, and claim it can't drain, after it already drains several times. So we replaced a pump, seemed fine. Now it's done it a couple times again, but not often. But last night and again today, it started making noises that sounds like it's 'struggling' to spin, really mechanical, whirring, pulling noises. So I stopped it (last night) waited for it to cool down but the "hot" message wouldn't go away even after 20 minutes. I had to turn it off and pry open the little add clothes door on the door for it to release the door. And I tried again today to use it, put things on for a sanitise session and within 1 minute it was whirring, sounded clunky, like it was hard for it to spin, and like it had something solid in there banging around, and again, it was only on 1 minute, it was cold still, but it gave me the "hot" message and wouldn't open. It seems like it's a software issue perhaps, in part, with the "not draining" if the software is telling it, it can't drain and therefore stops itself, or tells itself it's hot and won't open. But obviously the whirring/clunking is very much physical That only started last night and it had 2 single bed sheets in there, so not even full. - Due date: Before Saturday, 17 June 2023
