My Regency built in wall gas heater does not turn on. I would like diagnosis and repair if feasible. It may be something as simple as a fuse / wiring, or may be time to replace the whole thing. I'd like your expertise in figuring out which is true.

I have a Haier Laundry Centre (Washer and Dryer Stack) with the "Clr Fltr" error. Pump filter is clean. I can't move it to fix it myself because it is large and heavy so might need 2 people to bring to move it and the laundry is not a big space. Worked fine for last few months and is otherwise brand new. Water is pooling and not draining. I have drained it myself manually while I await repair.

Anything I put in the fridge now gets slightly frozen no matter what temperature setting the fridge is set to using the control panel on the front of it. Was working perfectly fine up until couple weeks ago.

Samsung BubbleWash 7.5kg washer not draining during normal cycles (SC / 5C). Filter cleaned, hose height corrected, still not draining automatically. Spins sometimes but stops at 13 then shows SC or 5C error message. Suspected drain pump or related component. Need affordable local repair in Lalor.

My washing machine (the one for washing, not drying) has a rubber seal that’s slightly torn from the inside. Because of this, water leaks out whenever I run the machine, and the clothes don’t get properly cleaned. I need someone to fix the rubber seal. I’m looking for a reasonable rate and don’t want anything too expensive.
