Hi there, A client of ours has an ice bath chiller that has a flow issue. There is a couple a things to which we think could be. 1. Water pump flow sensor (on the head side of the pump) - matter of cleaning out the pump. 2. One way valve jammed open - matter of pushing in a part to return it to spring loaded position. Need a technician to have a look at it as we can’t get our current technicians there asap. Also more than happy to consult with getting it working. The washing machine turns on however when you put it on for a cycle it sounds like it gets stuck on a lever and makes a screeching sound and then the water rises in the machine but it doesn’t commence washing.
