I did a clean for a client in goodwood. The house is old, built in 1908. I removed the exhaust fan on top of the cupboards in the kitchen and soaked the fan in water to make it easier to clean for next visit. However did not realise the motor was attached to the blade and has since stopped working. I have attached photos, the homeowners son said there is no visible serial number on the motor/fan. We are unsure where to go from here however I would like to either fix it or replace it entirely.

The machine was running smoothly until when it was expelling water and about to spin, then it stopped and the time display on the screen was reset to" Start" mode, but it could not be re-started and needed to be turned off to restart. After restarted, it made noise like draining the water and water flowing into the machine, but no water came in and the drum did not move at all, and the time display was reset to Start mode after about 1 minute. The door was unlocked after it reset itself to Start mode.
