Looking for disposal of bags of rubbish, some small furniture etc

Need a very dirty mattress and couch removed from the third floor of an apartment building that has no elevator. Please see pictures for level of dirtiness. Mattress is soiled but will be covered with a bed sheet. Stairs are amount shown in photos x 3.

What's wrong with it?: Evaporator fan turns off prematurely when fridge door is closed. Condenser gets extremely hot. I think there may be an issue with the thermostat. I tried replacing the evaporator fan but to no avail. There's some wear to the inside of the fridge.

Removal and disposal of broken outdoor furniture and large outdoor planters. The job includes: - Emptying planters of soil onto tarp so I can reuse (or open to suggestions here) - Dismantling (if deemed necessary) the bigger planters and bench sections for easier removal from the apartment (4th floor with lift access) - Transporting waste to the tip or a recycling option if that exists. - Will obviously need a large van/truck/ute There are: - 2x (first photo) large planters not on casters, may need to be taken apart once emptied in order to remove them. - 3x planters on caster wheels with trellis attached (second photo) - 1x smaller planter not pictured - Corner bench (pictured) that is separated into smaller sections but Hoping to have this job done on tomorrow, Friday or Saturday at the latest.
