Looking for help to install vibration pads (or alternative solution) for a LG Washtower. My house is slightly raised and the washtower vibrations can be felt throughout the house. I’ve installed the LG vibration suppressors and done my best to level the machine but need professional help to reduce the vibrations as much as possible. To install the pads will need a trolley. It might be that the washtower is just not suited to a wood frame raised house but hoping a professional might have some advice or solution. Pictures attached.

Install new washing machine

I need my existing washing machine disconnected and new one reconnected/installed at Aspley this afternoon after 2pm (Friday) please. The place I purchased from I paid extra for the old one to be taken away and the new one to be unpacked and they take the packaging away also but now they tell me that disconnecting & reconnecting isn’t included. Since then a friend who’s done many of these has come to look at the job and we’ve hit 2 snags. A) We can’t work out how to remove the top drawer to reach the connections to remove old existing washing machine (I’ve included pics of set up in bathroom and of drawers, runners, screw type). B) 2 of the 4 transit bolts seem to be REALLY stuck (that need to be removed from new washing machine before it can be installed). Pics enclosed of remaining two that are still stuck. May need Incredible Hulk to remove?? I can only presume whole drawer/track needs to come out (possibly electric drill needed?) to access where one would disconnect/reconnect machine. I don’t have any tools so will need to BYO If you can take old one away I will increase the price of the job but for now the most important part is getting the existing one disconnected & out of my house (just outside is fine - so you’ll need to BYO trolley/dolly/sack truck or 2 people to carry) & reconnect new one please. MUST be done TODAY. This is my 6th day without a washing machine due to a long string of bad luck. Any suggestions (other than contacting the manufacturer and getting my money back for installation & possibly swapping machine over if can’t get transit bolts out) would be appreciated. Previous assignees/taskers need not apply. Please only comment if you’re sure u have read ad properly & can do/provide as requested.
