Moved into a new place, need my Bosch watching machine installed

I need help installing a heat pump pool heater onto a new stand next to my existing pool equipment (see photo attached). This job includes bolting the stand onto the concrete below (I have the bolts onsite), moving the heater onto the stand (I can help move/lift it), and plumbing the heater in to connect to my existing pool filter. We have an indoor drying room - a small room that we have installed wall heaters for drying our washing. We currently have an outdoor washing line attached to the wall but it's not big enough so we end up using a long fold-up line as well. It's unsightly so I want to get a proper line installed that maximizes the space and also looks like it's better quality workmanship. Lines need to run length of room. Either using an existing line system or building individual lines attached at each end. We haven't seen an off the shelf option that meets our needs but hopefully someone has a better solution. Will also need to remove the existing line and repair wall before adding new line. We are reasonable and prepared to pay for your time. Will revise the budget once I receive some quotes & understand how much the job is likely to cost.
