Prefer someone with experience. Quality paints (I’m happy to supply). 2 bed apartment with living, dining areas, hallway and cloakroom and laundry that need painting (bathrooms are fully tiled) Doors, skirting and walls.

Areas to be painted Bed 1 + wardrobe doors Bed 2 + wardrobe doors Toilet door & frames only Linen cupboard doors only x3 Bathroom door & frame only Front door & frame Bedrooms to include ceilings. Currently yellow based paint going to white. Living areas painted a couple years ago - walls Snowy Mountain Half & Lexicon Qtr for ceilings.

Moving out of apartment, need to refresh the place. The apartment is roughly 80m2, looking to patch a few holes, and paint most of the walls to revitalise it. Some areas will need some sanding, mainly on a wall where some decals were removed. White paint, nothing flash. I own the apartment, looking to rent it. So need it presentable

Hello! Just have experience in painting Please have a look at the listing (35/37 Bayview St) Property is 2 bed apartment in Runaway Bay. We will be moving all furniture out prior to your arrival (will be empty) and we are seeking to repaint the walls in 2 bedrooms, living area, small area in kitchen and toilet room (both bathrooms don’t need anything). This will need to include prep (minor), doors, trims. This doesn’t include: ceilings these will be left as is (you can see the yellow walls!) I will supply paint (we recently completed our own home, I can send images prior if needed), but you will need to bring other equipment to cover carpet/sand/prep and paint brushes and rollers etc. Can be completed on Friday 6th of Feb Saturday 7th of Feb Sunday 8th of Feb (needs to be completed on or before this date)
