A few years back we had the same type of problem. A technician came out and said there was a leak and then he refilled it..I suspect it’s doing the same thing. In the front room it doesn’t cool the room down but out in the lounge room and the smaller back rooms I can feel cold air. So it’s not working 100%. I need someone to come out today for $150 to find the leak and re gas it. Thank you

Need a qualified fridgie/sparky to check out my 14kW Fujisu Ducted system. System is around 18 years old, so seeing as its end of its life cycle, need a quick checkup on the low-pressure line as its no longer cold. Possible leak in system. Need a cost-effective recommendation of either installing a new split-system 7-9kW temporarily in main lounge room or replace and install new 14-16kW ducted system. Single story house with tiled roof and can use existing duct. Also have issues with the interconnect zone controller. Cheers, Jess

Aircon suddenly stopped working while on

Mitsubishi Electic split system AIr con unit. Was working fine until I took it apart to clean it. Blower wheel is spinning but making unusual noise and no cold air. Unit turns on from mains power but not with remote control. (Wiring may have become wet when cleaning the tray. Unit is model MSZ-GE71VAD

It been leaks water inside the rooms and downstairs.

My aircon can only stay cold for 10/15 minutes, then it eventually can’t stay cold anymore. If you keep it turned off for long period, then again cold for 15 minutes. Can you fix it?
