Hi there! We have a mystery shop opportunity at a pop-up stall. You will need to go to this stall between 10 am - 4 pm on 05.11.25 and enquire about the company they are representing . You will let the staff lead the conversation, and give them every possible opportunity to serve you well. You do not need to make a purchase or sign up. Once you've visited the pop up, you will then fill out your online mystery shopping report within 2 hours of your visit. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. You will have 24 hours to complete the training from when it has been emailed to you. You cannot complete the shop till the training has been completed and our confirmation email has been sent to you. Please note: if there is no correspondence within a 24 hour period after you've been assigned, you will be cancelled off this task.

I’m looking for small business owners to take part in customer research about business bank accounts. Participants must fit the following criteria: Industry: Construction or Transport, Logistics or Warehousing Size: Under $2M annual turnover Operating Tenure: Ideally new starters but that’s not essential Licences and Banking: Must have an ABN and either already using a business account or be seriously considering setting one up Structure: Sole Trader or Single Director Company Language Skills: Must speak very good English. The research involves either: 1 hour online Teams interview with a $200 gift voucher as a thank you. Sessions will take place over the next two weeks between 10:30 - 16:00. Or 90 minute in-person customer panel on the 20th November in front of an audience of 40 people with a $500 gift voucher. Only businesses who have been operating for less than a year are eligible for this activity.
