I’m looking for an experienced CAD designer or sheet-metal design engineer to produce a complete, manufacturing-ready CAD drawing package for a custom aluminium ute canopy. Requirements: • Proven experience in sheet-metal design, aluminium fabrication and CNC folding. • Must understand press brake limitations, bend radii, bend reliefs, tooling clearances and minimum flange lengths. • The design must be fully engineered for manufacture, ensuring all panels can physically be folded without interference or clashes. • Must account for material thickness, bend allowances, tolerances, weld preparation and assembly sequence. • Properly designed sealing system to prevent water and dust ingress, including door openings, joins, corners and external seals. • Fully detailed CAD drawings, flat patterns, bend details and fabrication drawings ready for manufacture. • 3D assembly model to confirm fitment, clearances and overall design before fabrication. I don’t want a basic concept drawing. I need a properly engineered, fabrication-ready design that a sheet-metal shop can manufacture without having to redesign or guess anything. Experience designing aluminium canopies, toolboxes, enclosures or similar fabricated sheet-metal products is highly preferred. Please provide examples of previous work and confirm which CAD software you use. and your price

Title: Heat Transfer Application on 60 T-Shirts Looking for someone experienced with DTF heat transfers who has a professional heat press. I have approximately 30 children’s T-shirts with an existing heat-transfer design (smiling face). I need to add a few small, colourful heat-transfer details to modify the existing artwork (such as sunglasses, a tongue and other features). I’m not looking to cover the entire design, just add a few details over and around the existing print. The T-shirts are already manufactured. The new transfers need to be carefully aligned with the existing design, so experience with heat pressing is essential. Ideally, I’d like to test one T-shirt first to ensure the existing print isn’t damaged. Located in Wollert, Melbourne. Happy to travel within a reasonable distance. Looking for an affordable price for all 60 T-shirts. $3.5 per Tshirt
