I’m looking for an experienced social media growth specialist to help grow my sports media brand, across TikTok and Instagram. The page focuses primarily on sports content, including short-form videos, opinions and engaging slideshow/carousel posts. With over 2 million views and tens of thousands of likes, follower conversion is much lower than I’d like. I’m looking for someone who can help turn the existing reach into a much larger and more engaged following. What I need help with: * Developing a strategy to significantly increase followers * Improving the conversion of views into followers * Analysing my existing content to identify what is and isn't working * Identifying the types of content, hooks and formats most likely to generate followers * Improving captions, on-screen text and calls-to-action * Advising on posting frequency and timing * Identifying opportunities around trending topics * Helping improve my overall TikTok and Instagram strategy * Providing practical recommendations based on my existing analytics * Potentially assisting with paid promotion/boosting strategy where appropriate I **do not want fake followers, bots or engagement pods**. The goal is genuine, organic growth from people who are actually interested in combat sports. I’m looking for someone who has demonstrated experience growing TikTok and/or Instagram accounts, preferably in sports, entertainment, media or a similar niche. I can provide access to my existing analytics and examples of my current content so you can assess the page and recommend what you believe should change. Preferably an Australian We’re seeking an experienced social media manager to launch and grow a music artist’s presence on Instagram and TikTok. Experience with hip-hop, rap or urban music is preferred. No video editing is required, but we welcome strategic input that can strengthen the pages. All content is already prepared, including five music videos and approximately 25 short-form clips. Instagram will launch from scratch, while TikTok is an existing but inactive account. Responsibilities * Develop a two-month content strategy and posting calendar * Publish approximately four posts per week across Instagram and TikTok * Upload daily Stories using provided behind-the-scenes footage, teasers and updates * Coordinate Stories with posts and music releases * Write captions and research relevant hashtags * Establish a consistent artist brand and content approach * Monitor performance and optimise posting times, formats and content * Stay current with platform trends, features, algorithms and best practices * Test different approaches to improve reach and engagement * Support organic audience growth using legitimate, non-automated methods; bots are not permitted Requirements * Proven experience managing and growing music artist accounts * Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok * Experience creating and managing daily Stories * Understanding of short-form content and organic growth strategies * Ability to manage and publish supplied content independently * Experience with hip-hop, rap or urban music preferred * No video editing required Application Details This is a two-month trial project with potential for ongoing work. I’m now looking for someone to help manage and grow our own Instagram and TikTok, with content focused on sharing our personal brand, what we do, and our case studies. I’m looking for someone who can support with: * Content ideas and planning * Reels / TikTok concepts * Editing short-form videos * Captions and hooks * Posting and account management * Helping grow the accounts consistently There may also be 1–2 in-person filming sessions per month in Sydney, depending on the content plan. Filming would be paid separately as an extra fee. Ideally, you’ll be Sydney-based and have some flexibility to arrange filming times when needed.
