We are a Melbourne-based events company looking for a skilled SketchUp designer to create professional event set mock-ups using items and infrastructure we currently have in our warehouse. This initial project will be a paid trial, with the intention of engaging the right designer on an ongoing basis to produce regular event set layouts. Initial Project: Create six warehouse items in SketchUp using supplied photos and measurements. Arrange the items into one basic event set mock-up. Build the set within supplied overall event-space dimensions. Apply basic colours. Complete up to two rounds of minor revisions. We require two high-resolution JPG or PNG images. Individual reusable SketchUp component files for each warehouse item (we are looking to gradually build a digital library of our event infrastructure for future mock-ups). The right person will receive regular ongoing work creating basic event set mock-ups.

The main goal is to create strong local content, grow our social audience and improve our digital presence, SEO/GEO visibility and lead generation. What you may work on: • Video filming & editing – short-form social videos, customer/project case studies, interviews, events and product content • Social content – images, videos and creative assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube • SEO/GEO – blogs, case studies, FAQs and website content optimised for Google and AI search/discovery • Website optimisation – improve content, landing pages, CTAs and user journey • Lead generation – content and digital strategies that help turn traffic into relevant enquiries • Repurpose existing projects/events into multiple content formats Experience in solar, renewable energy, electrical, construction, sustainability or another technical industry is highly preferred. You should be comfortable turning technical information into engaging content for an Australian audience. Strong video/content skills are the priority. Experience with SEO, GEO/AI search, website optimisation or lead generation is a big plus. We have an internal marketing team, brand assets and access to industry experts, customers, projects and events, so you’ll work closely with us rather than starting from scratch. This is intended to be a long-term freelance partnership, starting with a smaller project to see if we’re a good fit.
